Should I Use Medication?

Medications can be effective in treating men's issues, but some men prefer self-help strategies for reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, postpartum depression in dads, anger management, divorce, erectile dysfunction, concern about moods, career, relationships, parenting, stage of life concerns, or “nice guy syndrome”Many men are reluctant to use medication. The good news is that there are effective alternatives to pharmaceutical drugs for addressing men’s issues – which really should be the first step to improve mental health.
